The present work exposes the different work and research experiences on democratic memory carried out in the classrooms of the IES Montes Orientales, during the academic years 2020-2021 and 2021-2022. The aim has been to bring the historical and democratic memory of our region closer to the students, to promote attitudes and spaces for reflection between the students and the educational community, making the institute an active meeting point, dissemination and dissemination of culture, reflection and democratic memory. Activities and research projects characterized by interdisciplinarity and transversality, as well as the promotion of a spirit and a critical vision of the past and the present, and the apprehension of a scientific methodology when it comes to researching, working, knowing and disseminating.
