Abstract

The real right of education for everyone includes two dimensions. On one side, the right to attend a school; on the other side, the right to enjoy in the school all educational activities that give the best results in instrumental learning, values, emotions and feelings, that means, the Successful Educational Actions. Unfortunately, in some countries it dominates the discourse that includes only the first dimension, thereby there is only a formal right to education, leading to expanded social inequalities and social injustice. However, the critical pedagogy includes the second dimension, which transforms reality and gets everyone closer to the real right of education, to overcome inequalities and social justice. In this paper we review the scientific literature and see how the critical pedagogy includes such second dimension, which transforms the reality bringing closer the real right for everyone to education, to overcome inequalities and to social justice.
