Abstract

The person teaching very young children is a professional with an University Degree adapted to a general profile, because of the principle of global learning in this stage is an universally wellknown phenomenon. From now onward, teacher training will be considered as an equivalent to the rest of current degrees (grades) and it will allow students to have access to Postgraduate masters. The training aimed to acquire the competences empower teachers, as ‘White Book’ shows, to establish some links between theory and practice and real teaching and to reinforce the role of practice when training teachers. Therefore, the context in which the competences are framed is that one in which the learning processes must show the changes occurring in society, so that learning and continuous formation can be activities seriously taken into account when changing the contents and the training methodology.
