Abstract

Although getting a Quality Education has become the greatest desire of educational systems today, we still have a vague idea of what that concept means. Millions of words poured around the world to try to approach such an elusive idea, hundreds of thousands of decisions taken with the sole objective of approaching a quality education, and we have not agreed on what it means. With this, we not only feel unable to assess the scope, or the steps taken, but even socially, politically and technically deplorable actions are allowed only to be covered under those ambiguous words.
