Colaborar para innovar: contribuciones desde un caso portugués para rediseñar la noción de innovación educativa

Résumé
Se pretende responder a la cuestión ¿qué es la innovación en el ámbito educativo? Se defiende que la innovación educativa es definida por su compleja mezcla de elementos en un contexto y no por características individuales y descontextualizadas. Es esta la razón por la cual se comprende la innovación como un proceso que depende de la interpretación de sus agentes locales. Esta reflexión se hizo a partir de un estudio en un instituto de educación no formal en Portugal. Los datos empíricos son de naturaleza cualitativa y resultan del análisis de entrevistas sobre las percepciones de los participantes sobre las prácticas educativas en las cuales están involucrados y su crucial influencia para la mejora de los procesos de aprendizaje.
