Résumé
Este artículo estudia la interacción del gobierno de Turquía con los distintos actores libios que han proliferado en el país desde los levantamientos antiautoritarios de 2011, atendiendo al repertorio de prácticas desplegado por Turquía entre 2011 y 2021. Para ello, analiza tres episodios contenciosos, correspondientes al estallido de la guerra civil en 2011, en 2014-2015, y la reanudación del conflicto en 2019-2020. El artículo identifica una intensificación del papel de Turquía en el conflicto libio, cuyo repertorio de prácticas oscila entre la colaboración y rivalidad en un “juego de suma cero” entre actores libios enfrentados en un proceso de guerra civil.
