Review of Itxaso DOMÍNGUEZ DE OLAZÁBAL (2022): Palestina, Ocupación, colonización y segregación.

Abstract

With the aim of deconstructing the dominant narratives on the Palestinian question, Itxaso Domínguez de Olazábal's book proposes a new interpretative framework: it explains very clearly the fragmented reality of the Palestinian people and the deprivation of their rights as a consequence of the occupation. The book also analyses the new forms of Palestinian resistance, which question both the legitimacy of the Palestinian leadership and the complicity of the international community with Israel's strategy of colonisation of the Palestinian territories.
