Abstract
The general objective of the doctoral thesis is to determine the aspects that affect the development of the general teaching competencies of the sixth semester students, in 12 Higher Normal Institutes; and the specific objectives: (i) characterize the student's tendencies regarding the achievement of competences; (ii) identify variables of the students that configure the profiles of the competences formed; (iii) describe the characteristics of the teachers and the teaching and learning process; and (iv) know the practices of managers and the institutional conditions that favor teacher training.Downloads
