Abstract

Achieving quality education for all is one of the central goals of any society that is projected to be fair and democratic, a longing shared by all the countries of the region for several years now. In this framework, the main challenge of education systems is to generate conditions and resources so that the right to an education with quality is something effective, whose result is reflected in the equitable access of children and young people to the opportunities available in societies. This means giving more support and resources to those who need it most to compensate socio-economic differences and ensure mobility and social inclusion for all
