Abstract
People from ethnic minorities are very different from each other. But many ethnic cultures and subcultures are characterised by religious, hierarchical and patriarchal authorities, values, ideas and attitudes that are remnants of a traditional peasant society. They are far from the requirements of the labour market today that must be met in order to keep up with and influence developments in society.Downloads
