Abstract
Leading a new network is a distinctive act, defined by a range of apparent paradoxes. The leader does not occupy a position of hierarchical power but needs influence if the network is to thrive. It is rooted in enquiry but uses advocacy to build its momentum. Networks cannot be managed, but they need management.Downloads
