The push and the strength of the knowledge society have started a development that has increased in a geometrical ratio. The rush, the speed of change and the need for diffusion have created a lack of attention in some basic aspects on the management, among then, quality. This article presents a diverse nevertheless specific criterion to evaluate quality in learning nets additionally the article addresses some of the problems that can presume to cause changes and difficulties in the cybernetic paradise.
