Equity in the distribution of research opportunities and the capacity to consider all the needs for a heterogeneous and non traditional student population. Equity in access, considering the selection and admission processes as well as student aids; equity referred to the opportunities to stay in superior education once it has been accessed; and finally, the equity in the results and its reference towards quality demands.
