Abstract
In our country, since the 90s, policies have been promoted in the sense of achieving equity along with quality in education. That is, that everyone has quality learning. In the same decade, policies to support school management were implemented, such as Management Teams (EGE), Professional Work Groups (GPT), etc. Institutional self-evaluation instruments have also been developed in the late 1990s, and the preparation of Institutional Educational Projects (PEI) and Annual Operating Plans (PAO) as planning and management tools has been promoted.Downloads
