Keys to the Training of School Institution Directors

Abstract

School management and educational management are substantive elements of the quality of the performance of educational establishments. Their relevance increases to the extent that they are increasingly expected to develop their autonomy and assume their responsibility for the processes and learning outcomes of their students. However, both management training and school management, as well as research on the subject, are the least developed issues so far in our country and in Latin America.
