Abstract

The interest of this investigation is to inquire about the factors that explain the failure of our schools, we will focus our search on the conceptions that teachers have about the school. It is not our intention to recharge the faults in the teachers but to explain that their vision about their work and their work space is a factor of enormous importance when it comes to explaining the functioning of the schools.
