Abstract

This article, we intend to put on view Iberoamerican Change Research and School Effectiveness Network (RINACE) contributions over the last ten years. To show how  since it´s birth had a clear objective, to be a reference,  exchange and dialogues site on advances in research so as to serve as a basis for decision-making in the classroom, in schools and in education policy. RINACE is an innovative experience that over the last ten years has had some key elements: a) institutional independence, b) work focused on a theme; c) the undoubted role of new technologies of communication and information; d) a strong support network without economical  dependencies but as the result of illusion, effort and commitment of its members, e) a tangible tasks and activities; f) disseminating research. Finally, this article is a contribution about lessons learned in a collaborative experience network that is framed in an optimistic education view and a commitment with the capacity, limited, of the education to transform in a more equitable and fair society.
