Abstract

This article describes and analyzes a model of supervision and inspection of student assessment process called "MOSUPEV" (MOdel of SUPervision of EValuation) that was developed experimentally in the province of Toledo (Castilla-La Mancha) during the academic courses 2009/11. Supervision and inspection of student assessment process is one of the fundamental pillars to change the current education system and to guarantee a fundamental right of students to an objective assessment. Therefore, the supervision and guidance of these processes should be a priority for educational inspection services of all regions. Methodologically, it is a descriptive and quantitative research in which we present the fundamental characteristics of the model and then we analyze from quantitative perspective the proposed model with pretest and postest technique at two experimental and control schools. Among the final conclusions, we emphasize that a model of supervision of student assessment agreed, under a protocol, flexible and holistic promotes regulations compliance and guarantee the right to an objective assessment and also encourages new models of school evaluation schools.
