School Management: Key Factor of Efficiency and Change

Abstract

The Ibero-American Research Network on School Change and Efficacy was born with the inescapable commitment to collaborate in the transformation of schools so that they increase their levels of quality and equity. And the strategy used to achieve this is research: developing, fostering and disseminating quality research that helps decision-making directed to that necessary school change.
