Abstract

This paper deals with the analysis of innovations aimed at improving teaching, promoted by or for the university. Participating teachers analysed their teaching practices with colleagues of the same subject, degree or interest, allowing them to grow in their professional knowledge, modify their beliefs and evolve. It is supported by processes of collective reflection (action research, communities of practice) and learning (collaborative learning and ICT in it). The analysis includes several reports on innovations supported by European researchers and carried out in Valladolid (Spain) and Mexico. Among its conclusions, it highlights the training needs felt by teachers, professional autonomy and diversification in technology (ICT) and the organised processes undertaken in these training innovations.
