Abstract

The present article question the common division between Humanitics and Science. The aim of the subjects commonly known as science is to be part of the intellectual adventure of trying to understand our evironment. Science is a part of the set of creations of the human mind and it participates in the education of youth as do all the facets of culture. Scientific education is linked to the needs of a world amply permeated by science, its values and uses, and it provides with the answers to the most ambitious questions posed by human nature. Regarding science, its most important aim is to make students realice the regularities that make the world understandable. To conclude, the author expresses the need to reflect on the knowledge of science and humanities and to try to discover how they relate to each other if that is the case.
