Resumen

En este trabajo se describe un sistema de evaluación y entrenamiento en estrategias de aprendizaje puesto a punto por las autoras. En este sentido, se enumeran, en primer lugar, las escalas que contiene el cuestionario de evaluación y los temas que cubre el programa de entrenamiento. A continuación se describe un estudio piloto llevado a cabo con alumnos de la U.A.M., analizando los resultados obtenidos que demuestran la eficacia del programa. Finalmente, se comentan los cambios introducidos en el programa en los siguientes grupos participantes.
