La evaluación de la creatividad: revisión y crítica

Resumen

El presente trabajo constituye una revisión crítica de los principales instrumentos y procedimientos que han sido diseñados para evaluar la creatividad. En base a la tradicional distinción conceptual entre persona-proceso-producto creativo, se describen las principales pruebas psicométricas de aptitudes y rasgos de personalidad creativos, así como los procedimientos de evaluación basados en juicios subjetivos sobre la persona, el proceso o el producto. Después de discutir algunas deficiencias psicométricas de los procedimientos centrados en la persona y el proceso, se exponen algunas de las ventajas que tiene orientar la evaluación hacia el producto mediante procedimientos de valoraciones interjueces respecto a criterios múltiples de creatividad.
