Abstract

This paper presents a reflection the many ways of thinking the world,, that is how International Relations Theory is built from different latitudes and particularly from the South, from the periphery. Our idea is to discuss the main suppositions underlying the prevailing ways of validating the scientific knowledge and to briefly recount how we’re thinking from Latin America. So, we move forward on the South explanation as a concept and a reality and then deal with and define the South- South Cooperation (SSC) in her many means, but with a focus on her role in Argentina and Brazil Foreign Policies.
