Abstract

Transnational companies have made great efforts in recent years to create an image of concern for community well-being and concern for the environmental impacts generated, as well as for their sanitation. These initiatives in response to the questions of local communities and social movements - or in anticipation of them respond to the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) or Business (CSR) strategy that is commonly called "greenwashing" campaigns when they enter the scene with an environmental discourse.
