Abstract

Internet is the technological innovation that has had the biggest social effects in history. It provoked a social transformation where it is essential to reflect on the power relations involved and developed in this new social space. Furthermore, these relations are reproduced and dictate the way this novelty works. This way we could find the way to govern cyberspace.
