La Pragma-dialéctica y la PNL aplicadas a la Mediación: Perspectivas Innovadoras en Argumentación y Retórica

Resumen
En este artículo exploramos la intersección entre la pragma-dialéctica, la filosofía experimental y la programación neurolingüística (PNL) aplicada al contexto de la mediación. Destacamos el uso del lenguaje para entender la importancia de comprender y gestionar las intuiciones, percepciones y juicios morales para facilitar el diálogo crítico y la resolución del conflicto. Analizamos los efectos secundarios negativos que pueden surgir de los sesgos procedentes de intuiciones y percepciones, así como la relevancia de herramientas cognitivas como la PNL para abordar estos desafíos y promover la neutralidad del mediador.
