Résumé
En el presente trabajo se analiza el concepto de voluntad procreacional en relación a un caso particular de Inseminación Artificial Casera, en el que la obtención del material genético masculino fue por medio de una relación sexual oral. El análisis se hace desde dos perspectivas equidistantes, por un lado, desde la teoría de la intención, y por el otro, desde la teoría de la filiación genética.
Abstract:
In this paper, we analyze the concepto of procreative will regarding a particular case about an Artificial Insemination at Home, in which the collection of the male genetic material was through oral intercourse. This analysis is made from two equidistant perspectives, that is, from the theory of intention on one side, and from the theory of genetic filiation on the other.
