Análisis de las misiones de Costa de Marfil y de Malí de acuerdo con la gobernanza global y regional en África occidental

Las formas de gobernanza global, regional y micro-regional han abierto un espacio deliberativo para el estudio de dinámicas glocales, como resultado del crecimiento tanto de los actores no gubernamentales como también de las necesidades de la sociedad civil. Así, se habla de una integración regional que se encuentra en una encrucijada entre el éxito y el fracaso, como efecto de una gobernanza global presentada en sus formas horizontal y vertical, así como de la importancia de las crisis regionales, que pueden tener efectos a nivel global. Por otro lado, el conseguir una buena integración regional puede ser una ventaja a nivel global, como se evidenció en el caso de las Misiones de Paz de la Organización de las Naciones Unidas en Costa de Marfil y en Malí.
