Résumé
The recently reconstructed biography of Iny refers to Egypt’s trade with Asiatic countries throughout the 6thDynasty. The outstanding importance of the reported information on a slab kept in Tokyo Archaeological Museum concerns several valuable goods as well as trade routes, where some place names stick at renowned broker centres of the Old Bronze Age (second half of 3rd Millennium to beginning of 2nd Millennium BC).This essay argues for their proper identification.
