Abstract
The Internet is understood mostly as a medium of mass communication. It has also been taken as an accomplice of hyperreality, changing Baudrillard's references and mistaking it for virtuality, while ignoring its hypertext structure. But unlike other media, the Internet is always enormously increasing its sources of information, which are as many as its users. Other mass media maintain a common narrative and treat human rights as static, but the Digital Edition changes these positive rights, converting them into new actions, and updating them.
