Abstract
Construction of a personal narrative is a key point in the creation of identities, but it is even more relevant with radical processes which imply the assumption of a completely new identity. In the case of Bernard Stiegler and Jay Prosser, both academics do not only analyse how their transformation into philosopher/man has been possible due to their ability to develop their own narrative, but they also use this personal process as the basis for their academic reflections.
