Abstract
Expo'92, The World Fair in Sevilla (1987-1992), held to commemorate the Fifth Centenary of Discovery of America whose slogan was The Age of Discovery, was not the first of its kind -the World Fair in Chicago (1890-1893) was also dedicated to Columbus. While the organisations differed in approach, the problems experienced were similar. This fact calls for a closer study whith this comparison in mind. The results of a study of the Expo of Sevilla, which without doubt will also be included in the History of World Fairs, are presented in this "Anuario" in order to help future researchers.
