Abstract
The appearance in the art market of a catafalque's drawing that belonged to the Félix Boix's collection, acquired by the Prado Museum, had permitted me to abord its study and to stablish that the catafalque corresponds to the one which was raised in the Encarnación church of Madrid for the funeral of Carlos II organized by the Crown, and probably made by Pedro de Araujo, sculptor of the king.
