Abstract

The important pictorial work developed by Diego de Urbina (1516-1595) before 1569 has shown us so far diffuse because of the loss or destruction of those paintings. This article attempts to give substance to a crucial period in his career, in which it plays an essential chapter of work in the service of Don Pedro Álvarez Acosta, Bishop of Osma.
