Resumen

La visión filosófico-pedagógica de Paulo Freire nos permite dilucidar la necesidad urgente de educar nuestra esperanza de construir una sociedad más justa en estos tiempos que las políticas del capitalismo neoliberal han oscurecido y manipulado nuestra comprensión de la realidad para cambiar las condiciones inhumanas que el mismo capitalismo ha generado. Si no educamos nuestra esperanza podemos llegar a la desesperanza y depresión continua, aceptando, como consecuencia, que no hay alternativas para esta realidad inhumana en que el capitalismo está haciendo vivir a la gran mayoría de los habitantes del planeta. Educar nuestra esperanza es un proceso de esfuerzo cognitivo y de aprendizaje conjunto, que debe llevarnos a una visión crítica de la realidad para concebir estratégicamente acciones que nos lleven a alcanzar el inédito viable de equidad y justicia para todos y todas.
