Memoria e identidad en un sistema confesional.: La relación entre memorias y conflicto en Líbano

Resumen

Este artículo analiza el sistema sociopolítico libanés desde la teoría mnemónica. Se pretende demostrar que el conflicto de memorias e identidades existentes en este Estado se encuentran en la base de sus recurrentes conflictos, ya que el sistema sociopolítico se basa en las divisiones identitarias que dominan el país. Esta cuestión impregna todas las capas del sistema social, siendo un ejemplo paradigmático la organización del sistema educativo y la enseñanza de la historia en las escuelas. Esto supone un gran problema para una pacificación eficaz de Líbano.
