La Evaluación de la Educación Cívica y Ética en México. Un Recorrido por 3º de Primaria y 3º de Secundaria

Resumen

Evaluar para transformar. Este es el fin ético de toda evaluación a nivel macrosocial. Conocer cuáles son las fortalezas y debilidades del Sistema Educativo mexicano es una tarea que ha comenzado a tener importancia para contribuir a la vida democrática en México y a cumplir con los derechos y garantías que el Estado debe respetar a sus ciudadanos. La Educación Cívica y la Formación Cívica y Ética en primaria y secundaria, respectivamente, reflejan las necesidades de la formación de ciudadanos en el país. Los resultados no son alentadores. Al contrario, el Estado mexicano tiene serios problemas en materia de formación de ciudadanos, sobre todo en la educación indígena y rural y ha fortalecido a las escuelas privadas, desligándose de sus obligaciones constitucionales. En este artículo se hará un breve recorrido por los resultados de 3º de primaria y algunas aproximaciones de los resultados de 3º de secundaria en las asignaturas de Educación Cívica y Formación Cívica y Ética en México.
