El capital social en situaciones de cambio institucional

Resumen

En este artículo se expone la hipótesis de acuerdo con la cual el cambio institucional viene determinado por la movilización de capital social y se analiza qué consecuencias se derivan de este hecho en relación con los procesos de desinstitucionalización de la política. Se propone una interpretación de resultados académicamente relevantes en torno al significado del término desinstitucionalización’, se explican algunos de los antecedentes más importantes sobre teoría institucional y, finalmente, se proponen algunas ideas fundamentales para hacer avanzar la reflexión filosófica en torno al denominado nuevo institucionalismo.
